D.O. Allen Homes A Part Of Master Planned Community In Jacksonville, Florida

Local builder D.O. Allen Homes will offer three new home designs for 33 homesites in Eagle Landing, a new neighborhood underway in the master planned community of OakLeaf Plantation in Jacksonville, Florida.  The neighborhood is being developed by East West Partners, who developed the very successful community, Eagle Harbor, on Fleming Island, as well as many well known Richmond area communities, including Brandermill, Hampton Park, River’s Bend and Cary Place.

Allen presents three new floorplans, The Heron, The Sanderling, and The Osprey, and each has been specially designed for the neighborhood.  The plans range from 1,937 square feet to 2,385 square feet, and each features first floor master suites, nine- and ten-foot ceilings, two car garages, and essential extended outdoor living space in covered lanais, a Floridian staple.

Eagle Landing in Jacksonville will offer an amazing assortment of amenities for residents to enjoy.  The community will most notably boast an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Clyde Johnston, former president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects.  At least one-third of the homesites that D.O. Allen will build on offer views of the course.
