D.O. Allen Homes Opens Two Models At Creekside Village In Hanover
March 19, 2008
Local builder D.O. Allen Homes held the grand opening for its two new
model homes at Creekside Village the weekend of March 1st and 2nd.
Located in Hanover County just off Route 360 three miles east of I-295, Creekside Village is very unique to the area. This 97-unit town home community is a desirable maintenance-provided neighborhood with charming pocket parks and walkways.
Many Richmonders toured the Malvern and the Newcastle at Creekside Village over the weekend to check out the two very different designs and enjoy cool refreshments and snacks. A consistent reaction to the new models was how impressive and unique they were compared to other townhome products in the area. Radio disk jockey Lori Kelly from K95’s morning show “Catfish and Lori” was on site Sunday broadcasting live, and also promoted D.O. Allen’s $50 give-a-way to the new Hanover T.G.I. Friday’s.
New homebuyers looking for convenience and great homes should look no further than Creekside Village. With prices starting in the low $200,000s, the community will be a welcome option for first time homebuyers, young professionals and families, and people of all ages who are looking for an affordable new home in Hanover. Also, Creekside Village will be walking distance to shops as well as restaurants and entertainment, and is only moments from I-295, I-64 and I-95.
“We are very excited about our newest maintenance-provided community and the diversity of homebuyers it will appeal to,” said Shana Taylor, Community Sales Manager. “With such a successful grand opening, we are glad to be back in Hanover and bringing the D.O.
Allen hallmark of a carefree lifestyle to a whole new group of customers.”
At Creekside Village homebuyers will be able to choose from four different floorplans, each with flexible second floors accommodating two or three bedrooms, and even one offering a first floor master layout. There will also be a community pool, cabana and volleyball court for neighborhood fun and relaxing.
Children in Creekside Village will attend Pole Green Elementary, Stonewall Jackson Middle and Lee Davis High Schools.
