Pat Motyka has been in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years. Originally from England, Pat emigrated to New York and moved to the Washington, D.C. area. This year Pat moved again, this time to Richmond to be closer to her children and grandchildren. Both Pat and one of her daughters are proud owners of D.O. Allen Home. Pat enjoys gardening, music, and dancing, but most of all she enjoys spending time playing with her two new granddaughters.
