Shana Taylor grew up in Charlottesville, VA where real estate was a family business. She moved to Richmond in 2006 and earned her real estate license before joining the D.O. Allen Homes sales team. Within the first year of being with the company, Shana consistently demonstrated her natural professionalism and people skills and was promoted to Community Sales Manager for Creekside Village. Shana is also known as Ram Jam Betty when she is playing roller derby for the River City Rollergirls, where she serves as President and League Coordinator. Shana also enjoys volunteering for local animal rescue groups and taking her dogs, Denzel and Layla, on romps to the James River Parks.
