Drew Brackett grew up and spent most of his life in New York state. He studied at Nassau Community College, and worked in commercial construction in Manhattan for 5 years. During this time he was assigned to projects including some of the most prominent structures in New York City. He then transitioned to residential construction and worked as a project manager for a home builder for 15 years. In 2003 Drew relocated to Richmond to be closer to family, took a position selling construction materials, then joined D.O. Allen Homes in the summer of 2006. In his spare time he coaches soccer and t- ball, and enjoys boating, golf, and spending time with his wife, son Charlie and daughter Samantha.

In 2007, Drew received the Project Manager of the Year award for his outstanding work and service to his customers.
